Oooh that fish dish sounds amazing! I’ll add that to my meal plan this month. Do you think that would freeze well? If not, how many days would it keep in the fridge you think?

The garden looks so good already! What else do you plan to add to it? I’ve also gotten bit by the gardening bug but I’m starting with herbs for now as my light situation isn’t ideal yet. Will live vicariously through you for now!

I did impulse buy rhubarb....and still have last week's impulse rhubarb in the fridge, so this is some service newsletter-ing, thanks!

Do you have a fave substitute for coconut oil for the crumble?

Ginger is a brilliant addition to the rhubarb drop biscuits. I also just added ginger to my rhubarb crumble and my rhubarb shrub. Thanks.

PS I impulse purchased 4 pounds of rhubarb in addition to harvesting my plant....I love rhubarb.
