I love this! we often have what my spouse calls "garbage dinners"...we take whatever we find that is about to go off, or hasn't been used in a while - and make stuff up!! They are always delicious!
Love this series! It’s fun for a pantry forage and getting creative! And I immediately made the Kobucha squash bowl and it was incredible!!!! One of my favorite squash! Thank you for all you do! Have an amazing week!🤍
I really love this low waste series! Especially since it’s still really creative food. I’m also teaching my mostly plant-based, very low-motivation for cooking sister to cook easy recipes next week and all of these really fit the bill!
I love this series!! I struggle to shop from my pantry in lieu of creative ideas that strike. It’s very helpful to see that the pantry on hand is inspiring and it’s also creative to make it worth with what you have
I love the pantry use up series!! who doesn't have used half empty jars and boxes lying around, looking for an inspo!! and with a proper recepie it feels more fancy<3
I have the opposite problem. Aside from not being one to develop recipes, I open my 36” sub-zero and marvel at its emptiness. Then i wonder why I’m also powering a draw fridge and a covid-inspired basement fridge. I think all i need is the drawer fridge! The problem (or the benefit) is the challenge (our freedom) to assemble a different meal every night. I prefer my current “problem” and I always have a pantry full of too much stuff to fill in the gaps. Tinned fish pilaf anyone?
I absolutely love this series! I’ve been staring at a pantry that’s bursting at the seams for far too long and desperately need to get it trimmed down while not throwing good food away.
My pantry is SO FULL. I already had a *stocked* pantry but a friend moved and gave me A TON of pantry things. Safe to say I am also not buying any pantry items for the near future!

This is a brilliant idea, and thanks for the low-waste tips. Sometimes we all need a reminder it’s okay to substitute/use what we have!
I’m due for a pantry clean out too.
All the recipes look amazing and so delicious!
